Description:

Hemp wax is generally being made to preserve leather, wood, or even finish off paintings. This versatile and environment-friendly product is also used for hair removal, candle making, and also cosmetics. It is naturally processed and is a great alternative to traditional wax.

How it’s Made:

Hemp wax are made from the extracted oil in the hemp seeds using a natural process.(1)

Advantages:

It is a natural and anti-microbial alternative and replacement to traditional waxes.(2)

Disadvantages:

Hemp products are not consumer friendly because it is expensive. Farming cost, market and legalization are factors that brought about its cost.(3)
